VHQ® WebOffice and CRM Suite Training

VHQ® training is designed to help both individuals and teams gain maximum benefit from their chosen solution We help clients to use the technology well, adopt good practice and explore new business and collaboration opportunities.


Training includes a virtual working education component, focused on the needs of the team. It is designed to compliment free Key User Training and applies equally to both Web Office and CRM Suite solutions.

Key User Training (£150 + VAT)

Basic administrator training is FREE.  Indepth key user training covering process management and collaboration is a chargeable extra. For this we spend up to 2 hours on personal one-to-one tuition to give you the skills you need to really make your solution fly! We cover:

  • Database design and management
  • Process management techniques
  • Collaborative working techniques

We can cover the management and leadership aspects of establishing a virtual organisation, introducing new technology to your staff and managing virtual teams.

Team Training (£300 + VAT)

Formal group training comprises up to 4 hours of tuition on the effective use of collaboration tools within your team environment and collaborative working practices. We cover
  • Understanding your VHQ@ WebOffice
  • Collaboration tools, features and tips
  • Adopting virtual teaming best practice
  • Dealing with common e-teaming issues
