VHQ_® WebOffice subscriptions are monthly rates, excluding VAT, and are invoiced quarterly in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and unused whole months will be refunded.

Additional User charges are based on the registered members on the 1st day of each month and invoiced quarterly in arrears. We monitor your usage and proactively suggest the appropriate pricing plan to ensure you always get the best deal.

Discounts

All VHQ_® WebOffice Packages are 10% discount off the list price of the individual components when purchased separately.

Clients who opt for the VHQ_® Business Management and VHQ_® Project Management plans receive a 20% discount on any additional solution development or business development consultancy.
